Terms and Conditions of Combat Story Submission to CTSOfficialtraining.com
- Agreement to Terms: By submitting your personal combat story (“Story”) to ctsofficialtraining.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from submitting your Story.
- Grant of Rights: Upon submission, you hereby grant ctsofficialtraining.com, its owners, trustees, board members, agents, and any other affiliated parties (collectively, “Authorized Parties”) the unconditional and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your Story (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. This grant includes, without limitation, the right to use your Story on the Website and in any promotional or advertising material, in any manner and context, at the discretion of the Authorized Parties.
- Anonymity: The Website reserves the right to use your Story in an anonymous manner. While the Website may remove your personal identifiers, there is no guarantee of complete anonymity.
- Waiver of Rights: By submitting your Story, you acknowledge that you will not retain any rights to the submitted material. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein your Story appears.
- Release and Indemnity: You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Authorized Parties from any liability by virtue of any use of your Story, including, but not limited to, any claims for libel, invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright, or any other reason.
- No Legal Action: You agree not to take any legal action against any and all owners, agents, directors, associates, subcontractors, employees or board members of ctsofficialtraining.com with respect to the use of your Story and waive any right to bring any such action.
- Warranty and Representation: You warrant and represent that the Story you submit is your original work, that you have the full legal right and
authority to grant these rights to the Authorized Parties, and that the use of the Story as described herein will not violate any rights of any third parties.
By checking the box and submitting your Story to ctsofficialtraining.com, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Changes to Terms: ctsofficialtraining.com reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued submission of Stories following any such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by the new terms.
